What should I do if my order shows delivered on the system, but I have not received it.

If your tracking  show the package as delivered, but you can't locate it, we recommend waiting 1 day . Some shipping carriers scan the tracking before the actual delivery date.

If it has been more than 1 business day:

  • Look your surroundings, the porch, garage, back door, your neighbor's front door
  • Check if a family member received it when you are not home
  • Check the shipping address, if it is accurate or not
